Thank you so much for your support. You are exactly what I was looking for! I work for a large International Company that uses a similar technology where we just make a phone call to our internal IT support team and they log into our computers to fix the problem. This saves a huge amount of time and means the problem can be fixed over the phone. I have said for many years how amazing it would be if I could access this same kind of service on my home laptop... .... and then I came across you! I was so very impressed by not only your professionalism but also your ability to talk in layman's terms (ie plain English.. not computer lingo). You really are a saving grace, and your system of just charging for the time you take with no minimum amount makes it so affordable!
